The divorce is STILL on: Sam Hunt's pregnant wife Hannah Lee Fowler refiles papers after withdrawing petition as case was submitted in the wrong county
Hannah Lee Fowler is still divorcing Sam Hunt, despite withdrawing her petition for legal separation on the same day she filed her paperwork.
Fowler, 33, had withdrawn her divorce after apparently realizing she had submitted the documents to the wrong county, according to TMZ.
Fowler has since refiled the case in a neighboring county in the Nashville region.

Fowler did not abruptly change her mind after filing for divorce last week, TMZ explains. Her attorneys filed the case, must have learned the jurisdiction was inaccurate, and corrected the issue.
Fowler initially filed for divorce at 11:43 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 18 and only hours later, filed a Notice of Voluntary Nonsuit to dismiss the legal proceedings, according to Us Weekly.
She accused her husband of being guilty of 'inappropriate marital conduct' in her filing, which also revealed she is currently expecting their first child and due to give birth in May.
DailyMail.com contacted Hunt's representative for comment.

The publication noted that Fowler's Nonsuit was filed at 2:13 p.m., and Tennessee state law can define 'nonsuit' as 'dismissal.'
She also reportedly classified her decision as 'voluntary nonsuited without prejudice,' leaving the possibility open to file for divorce again in the future.
Tennessee law will not allow a second nonsuit dismissal should Fowler file for divorce again and attempt to withdraw the filings.
Better days: Sam shared happier moments with Hannah on Instagram in 2020, but fans still flooded the comments with disapproval for his latest actions
Us reported that Hunt was served with the Nonsuit paperwork on Friday and, as of Tuesday, a judge has yet to sign off on the paperwork to dismiss the case entirely.
In the documents, Hannah accused the Body Like a Back Road singer of being 'guilty of such cruel and inhuman treatment or conduct toward the spouse as renders cohabitation unsafe or improper.'
She sought out child support and primary physical custody of their unborn child, in addition to 'respective separate property' and three kinds of alimony, including 'transitional alimony, rehabilitative alimony, and alimony in future.'

The couple hadn't announced their family planning efforts prior to the divorce filing.
Hunt pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor DUI charges in August stemming from a 2019 arrest in Nashville, and was sentenced to nearly one year in jail, but avoided prison entirely.
As part of his plea deal, Sam only served 48 hours at the DUI Education centers, and completed an alcohol safety course.
He also lost his license for one year and is required to have an alcohol monitoring device installed in his vehicle when his license is reinstated, according to the Tennessean.
