The actress recently condemned all of the uncalled-for treatment that Britney has received over the decade and believes that “we are all part” of the problem.
During an interview with Fox News, the star revealed she was concerned about Britney’s mental health. Bella also said that more should be done in order to help Britney through her conservatorship. Expressing how awful she feels about the pop star dealing with media negativity and constant criticism, Bella said, “Everything I was looking at made me really, really, really sad knowing that this was happening, knowing that this still happens, knowing that we’re all a part of this, that we all did this to her.” Bella also confessed that she relates to Britney’s emotional rollercoaster since she’s been on it herself.
Reflecting on her childhood, Bella talked about the pressure the fame put on her. The star revealed how she was constantly looked at and judged even as a little girl. “Fake people, real people, and all kinds of people including the public judging me for everything that I do,” she said. Bella further talked about how many star kids faced the ill effects of childhood stardom, however, Britney suffered most because of it.
