Ashton Kutcher tells 'That '70s Show' co-stars Tanya Roberts is alive - Page Six

Ashton Kutcher is helping set the record straight on Tanya Roberts.

Kutcher, 42, has been informing some of his “That ’70s Show” co-stars that 65-year-old Roberts is still alive despite her publicist initially claiming she died.

Actor Topher Grace, who played Eric Forman on the hit series, mourned the loss of the former Bond girl in an emotional tribute, only to receive the good news from Kutcher shortly thereafter.

“I was so sad to hear that Tanya Roberts has passed away. She was a Bond girl, one of Charlie’s Angels, and truly a delightful person to work with,” wrote Grace, 42. “I had never acted before and, to be honest, a little nervous around her. But she couldn’t have been kinder. We’ll miss you Midge.”

Kutcher responded, “yo bro she’s not dead.”

Fellow co-star Debra Jo Rupp, who played Kitty Forman on the show, also tweeted an emotional tribute to Roberts.

“Tanya had a big deep hearty laugh. She was all instinct and beauty. In the first season of 70’s we had a scene in the kitchen, drinking cocktails and laughing together,” Rupp wrote. “She laughed, spit her drink in my face, apologized profusely and did it 3 more times. I loved her. RIP beauty.”

Rather succinctly, Kutcher replied, “dj she’s still alive.”

Roberts’ publicist, Mike Pingel, incorrectly announced that the 65-year-old actress passed away after misunderstanding a story from her longtime partner, Lance O’Brien.

O’Brien told The Post he had had a “blubbering” conversation with Pingel in which he told the longtime publicist that he had to “say goodbye” to Roberts after being informed that she wouldn’t survive. The conversation prompted Pingel to release the statement of her death, though it turned out to be a misunderstanding.

O’Brien received a phone call from the hospital Monday morning telling him she was still alive.

“For all intents and purposes, she was gone,” O’Brien said. “She’s been out of it the last three days.”

She had been hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles since Dec. 24 after collapsing in her home.

Doctors have since taken her off life support and told O’Brien there’s no chance she’ll survive.
